Job Opening: Veterinary Technicians & Receptionists

Location: Warner Center Pet Clinic Woodland Hills CA

Are you passionate about animal care? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? Warner Center Pet Clinic is looking for dedicated Veterinary Technicians and Receptionists (preferably experienced) to join our busy and growing team!

Veterinary Technician Responsibilities:

• Assist veterinarians during examinations and surgeries
• Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments to animals
• Perform diagnostic tests and lab work
• Handle and restrain animals safely and compassionately
• Provide exceptional patient care and client communication
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic and equipment
• Be able to work well as a team

Veterinary Technician Requirements:

• Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) or equivalent experience
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in diagnostic equipment and lab work
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar
• Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication
• Process payments and manage billing inquiries
• Maintain accurate and organized records
• Provide general administrative support to the team

Receptionist Requirements:

• Previous experience in a veterinary or medical office preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proficiency with office software and management systems
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently
• Be able to work well as a team
