About the Role:

SRS Distribution is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel & Expense Coordinator to join our team. This is a key support role within the Treasury Department, offering significant growth potential within a company generating $11B in annual revenue. You will help administer our T&E program, coordinate room blocks, and ensure timely and accurate responses to T&E inquiries from employees across the organization.

You'll work cross-functionally with various teams and regions, contributing to a unified and collaborative culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison with our Travel Management Company (TMC)
• Oversee and support the use of our travel booking tool (TripSource), including troubleshooting user issues
• Manage the Travel & Expense email inbox, providing timely and effective support
• Conduct ad hoc TripSource and Workday Expense training sessions for internal stakeholders
• Coordinate and manage hotel room blocks nationwide for company events, acquisitions, and other miscellaneous travel needs
• Provide travel support for special circumstances, including acquisitions, executive travel, and candidate interviews
• Make T&E-related purchases using a corporate card and reconcile charges accurately and on time
• Assist with the administration and oversight of the Corporate Card program, including timely limit changes and ensuring compliance
• Help enforce the company's T&E policy through compliance initiatives such as reminders and audits
