Job Title: Homecare Scheduler

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Homecare Scheduler. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating care services in a homecare setting. You will work closely with our team of caregivers and the clients themselves to ensure that all needs are met and schedules are properly coordinated.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule in-home care services 
• Communicate regularly with caregivers and clients to ensure that care schedules are up-to-date and accurate
• Manage changes to schedules and adjust as needed to accommodate clients’ changing needs
• Ensure that all caregivers are properly trained and equipped to provide the highest level of care to clients
• Maintain accurate records of all care services provided and ensure that billing is properly managed
• Handle client inquiries and complaints in a professional and compassionate manner

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Knowledge of homecare industry and scheduling software preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with clients and their families
