Sempervirens Fund is California’s first land trust. Our community is passionate about protecting and permanently preserving redwood forests in the Santa Cruz Mountains and promoting safe, welcome, and inclusive access to parks and public lands. Are you interested in filling an important financial and operational role in a small but impactful organization with a long and storied history and a bright future? Do you enjoy being the person who ensures that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so your colleagues can focus on delivering programs and impact? Do you have 4+ years of nonprofit accounting experience, including payroll?
Then we need your skills, smarts, and passion at Sempervirens Fund to protect and care for the redwood forests!
Location: Our office is based in Mountain View, but we protect land throughout the Santa Cruz Mountains. Work remote from home or a Regus location within the Bay Area, with in-person meetings and staff outings about once a month. Occasional evening and weekend work expected.
Salary Range: $90,000 – 115,000
