About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Product to lead the next phase of development for its AI platform, which is at the forefront of providing innovative solutions for businesses and communities facing increasing flood risk. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap, ensuring all components work in harmony to deliver maximum customer value and support long-term business growth. This pivotal role involves shaping a unified product strategy, leading cross-functional alignment, driving platform scalability and interoperability, and optimizing client deliveries. The Head of Product will also be instrumental in building and mentoring a high-performing team, and must have a strong background in product leadership, particularly in the context of enterprise software and data platforms.
Applicants for the Head of Product position at the company should have a minimum of 6 years' product leadership experience, with a proven track record in defining and executing product roadmaps that have led to commercial success. Experience in developing deep tech or data-intensive products, as well as a background in high-growth B2B data platforms, InsurTech, FinTech, or data analytics, is highly preferred. The role requires a leader with a passion for climate-tech and a focus on commercializing solutions for climate adaptation. The ideal candidate will be adept at both strategic and tactical aspects of product management, and be capable of leading a team to ensure the successful delivery of products that meet the needs of partners and clients.
