About the Role
The Company is seeking a strategic and customer-centric Head of Product to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning major areas of the SaaS-based online learning platform and eLearning products, translating strategic direction into actionable product plans, and guiding cross-functional execution to deliver high-quality releases. This role requires a professional with a proven track record in product management, particularly in scaling SaaS-based products, and a deep understanding of both Agile and Waterfall environments. The Head of Product will work closely with the CEO to shape and execute the product roadmap, ensuring that all decisions are grounded in customer insight and business outcomes.
The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and adept at balancing customer needs, business priorities, and product execution. They should be a strong advocate for the customer, while also being financially literate and disciplined in their approach to decision-making. Responsibilities include defining and sequencing product priorities, owning customer insight, and maintaining a product roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders. The role also involves cross-team collaboration, mentoring, and a relentless focus on creating value for customers. A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required, along with at least 12 years of professional experience, including 8 years in product management. The Head of Product should be an excellent communicator, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders, and be prepared to travel quarterly for in-person meetings and company events.
