Summary

We operate globally across North America, Europe, and Asia, and have raised over $100M from top investors like SECOM. Now, we're looking for a Senior Product Manager who blends strong UX instincts with enterprise software discipline to help shape the future of security technology.

As Director of Product Management, you will own a portfolio of mission-critical products that power the core of our AI video surveillance platform. You will build and lead a high-performing product team, partner with cross-functional stakeholders around the globe, and work directly with executive leadership to define the future of safety and security systems.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role perfect for a product leader who thrives at the intersection of vision, execution, and scale.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision and long-term strategy across a major business line or platform.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of product managers. Foster a culture of ownership, clarity, and high standards.
• Prioritize ruthlessly, balancing innovation, speed, and scale. Make tough calls that maximize user and business impact.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data, and GTM teams to deliver experiences that customers love.
• Use deep customer empathy and data to identify new growth opportunities and shape product direction.
• Present product strategy and performance to executive leadership and board stakeholders.
• Drive a rigorous culture of experimentation, measurement, and continuous improvement.

Experience

• 8–12+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Deep experience building and scaling SaaS platforms, preferably in cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, IoT, or cybersecurity.
• Proven track record of owning platform-level products—especially those serving global enterprise customers.
• Passion for creating secure, reliable, and scalable systems that solve real-world safety and operational challenges.
• Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills—able to influence at all levels and across disciplines.
• A bias for action, strong technical fluency, and an eye for great UX.

Nice to Have

• Experience in video surveillance, access control, physical security, or real-time video processing.
• Background in AI/ML, computer vision, or cloud-native architecture.
• Deep experience building and scaling an operating system for real-time video data and connected devices.
