Commercial Cleaner

Join the Office Pride of Northeastern Indiana team as a Commercial Cleaner and help create clean and inviting spaces for our clients in Fort Wayne, IN. We are looking for dedicated individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy making a difference in their community.

Shipshawana: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday afternoon OR sunday clean 1.5 hr Clean each night Middlebury: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday afternoon OR sunday clean 1.5 hr Clean each night

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and dusting to maintain cleanliness.
• Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and break areas to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and ensure proper disposal of waste.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages as needed.
• Follow established safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address cleaning needs.
• Adapt to various cleaning assignments and schedules as required.
• Assist in special cleaning projects as directed by supervisors.

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
• Must be reliable and punctual with a flexible schedule.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and training as needed.
