HYBRID – Mon/Fri remote, Tues – Thurs in-office.

POSITION OVERVIEW – Business Legal Systems Analyst V (Docusign)

The Law Function is seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in legal technology, contracting workflows, and transaction management, with specific focus on E-signature. We are seeking an ambitious and innovative individual who is mission-driven and process-minded. The role will work side-by-side with our Transactions Product Manager to optimize our processes and practices and streamline the day-to-day efficiency and effectiveness of legal teams. In addition, this new role will partner closely with the Law Digital Platform and represent the Law Function’s digital and process requirements for Transactions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze and optimize legal processes and contracting workflows.

  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements and user stories.

  • Configure, test, and maintain CLM tools (primarily Ironclad) and related platforms.

  • Manage Docusign, specifically as an admin

  • Provide training, support, and performance monitoring for legal technology solutions.

  • Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.

  • Manage multiple initiatives in an Agile environment and groom backlog as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in legal or contracting domains.

  • Expertise with CLM tools (Ironclad), DocuSign, and process automation.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., ADO).

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
