Position Title: Call Center Customer Service Representative
Location: Appleton, WI
Employment Type: Full time and Part time
Schedule: Weekday s & every other weekend required
Hours: 2: 00 pm 10: 00 pm OR 3: 00 pm 11: 00 pm
What you Will be Doing:
-Provide professional customer service by phone and in person
-Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction
-Perform administrative tasks and basic data entry
-Work independently and take initiative when needed
-Support team operations and help create a positive environment
What You Need:
-Typing Test: 30 35 WPM
-Strong computer and interpersonal skills
-Call center experience preferred
-Able to sit and focus for full 8-hour shifts
-Reliable attendance is critical
-Positive attitude and desire to learn
-Professional and pleasant telephone voice
-Some admin/leadership experience is a plus
-Must be a self-starter able to work with limited supervision

Compensation:
-$17/hour (2nd shift; Monday Friday)
-$18/hour (2nd shift; Saturday & Sunday)
