BAE Systems is seeking a Project Manager to support the Navy's Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) for the Nuclear Armed, Sea Launch Cruise Missile (SLCM-N) program, a new high-profile U.S. Navy weapon system in development phase. The candidate needs to be a detail-oriented self-starter who can quickly come up to speed on new technologies and works collaboratively with staff, peers, leadership, and customers to successfully deliver major programs. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of managing multiple projects and working with multiple teams simultaneously. As a project manager, you represent the technical program area managers and staff and act as a liaison with the SLCM-N Program Manager in the following activities:

Minimum education and related/relevant work experience required: Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or other related technical field and 6+ years of experience as a project manager overseeing complex portfolios of projects.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $115779 - $196825. Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
