Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team. This role is responsible for receiving, organizing, and preparing shipments, as well as assisting with pickups and ensuring all outgoing and incoming products are accurate and handled with care. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work in a team environment, and comfortable with physical labor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying quantities and inspecting for damages.
• Pick, pack, and prepare furniture orders for delivery or customer pickup.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Ensure accuracy of inventory by organizing products in the warehouse and performing regular counts.
• Assist with wrapping, labeling, and staging orders to be shipped or picked up.
• Operate warehouse equipment (such as pallet jacks, dollies, or forklifts if certified).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Communicate with the order desk and sales team to confirm order accuracy.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or furniture handling experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items (up to 75 lbs) regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order handling.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse equipment and safety practices (forklift certification a plus).

Work Schedule:

• Full-time position, Monday through Friday.
• Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
