We are seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator.

SUMMARY : This position will be responsible for managing the shipping and receiving of products, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting overall warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy, ensuring our inventory levels are maintained and shipments are delivered on time.

Previous Experience in Manufacturing Company is Required!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process shipping documentation for outbound shipments, including packing lists, bills of lading, and shipping labels.
• Receive incoming shipments by verifying contents against purchase orders and inspect for damages or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in our inventory management system, including tracking stock levels of both finished goods and purchased components.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and assist in reconciling discrepancies in inventory counts.
• Organize and maintain a clean and efficient warehouse space, ensuring that products are stored correctly and safely. Participate in 5S activities.
• Collaborate with production and quality control teams to coordinate the timely movement of materials and finished goods.
• Utilize warehouse management software to track and manage inventory movements.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of materials, as needed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing shipping inquiries and resolving any issues related to orders.
• Maintain stock of all shipping and receiving supplies
• UPS shipping, FedEx, LTL - label & packaging

​ Qualifications:

• Proven experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and software
• Experience using UPS WorldShip Software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items and operate material handling equipment, such as Forklifts (certification preferred).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally & written (bi-lingual helpful but not necessary)
• Self-starter & self-learner
• Work effectively under pressure & maintain a positive attitude
• Must have valid Class C Driver’s License – Must meet insurance underwriting requirements
