 Job Summary 
 The Producer for The TransLash Podcast with Imara Jones and The Mess: Imara’s Guide to Our Political Hellscape oversees the production of TransLash’s two news and information talk shows, ensuring that every episode runs smoothly from concept to completion. This role plays a central part in the creation, coordination, and finalization of each episode, managing deadlines, coordinating guests, preparing scripts, and supporting recordings. Reporting to the Director of Podcasts, the Producer works closely with the CEO and host to ensure each show reflects TransLash’s mission and high editorial standards. The Producer also partners with internal teams and external collaborators to deliver polished, timely episodes that engage and grow TransLash’s audience.
