Were hiring! A fast-growing, family-owned new car dealer group in Connecticut is seeking anexperienced and dependable Biller/Title Clerk to join our administrative team.

Position: Biller/Title Clerk
Location: Volvo Cars Danbury
Type: Full-Time

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive billing and title processing
• Connecticut title experience
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with DMV procedures, registration requirements, and dealer management systems (DMS)

Key Responsibilities:

• Process all vehicle registrations, titles, and DMV paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
• Submit deals to the DMV and resolve any title or registration issues
• Maintain detailed and organized records for auditing and compliance
• Work closely with the sales and finance teams to ensure complete and accurate deal files
• Provide exceptional internal and external customer service
