Job Details Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Prepare tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts/estates (1041)
• Adjust financials for tax return preparation
• Conduct tax research and stay current on legislation
• Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and international tax codes
• Participate in tax planning strategies and research projects
• Communicate with client management teams to build trust and deliver insights
• Collaborate with senior leadership to manage deliverables and deadlines

You should have most of the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Taxation; Master’s in Taxation is a plus
• CPA license or eligibility preferred
• Experience with tax software (e.g., ProSystem fx, UltraTax, etc.)
• Several years of public accounting or tax internship experience preferred
• Strong analytical and technical tax skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Team-oriented and organized, with the ability to handle multiple projects
• Motivated by deadlines and dedicated to client service
