As a Summer Analyst Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our ongoing projects and initiatives within the HealthTech sphere. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to impactful projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, data analysis, and strategy, to drive innovation and improve healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Involvement: Participate in ongoing HealthTech projects, contributing to ideation, development, and implementation stages. Collaborate with senior team members to understand project objectives and deliverables.
2. Data Analysis: Assist in collecting, processing, and analyzing healthcare data to derive actionable insights. Utilize statistical tools and methodologies to support decision-making processes.
3. Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the HealthTech sector. Analyze competitor strategies and industry developments.
4. Stakeholder Engagement: Interact with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather requirements and feedback. Participate in meetings and presentations to communicate findings and progress.
5. Innovation and Strategy: Contribute ideas for new HealthTech solutions or improvements to existing products. Assist in developing strategic plans to enhance company’s market position.
6. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to summarize research findings, project progress, and analytical insights.
7. Learning and Development: Engage in learning opportunities to enhance understanding of HealthTech industry, technologies, and business operations.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Expected graduation date between December 2024 and June 2025.
• Previous internship experience in healthcare, technology, or related field is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
