Job Description: Siena College has an immediate opening for the full-time position of Strength and Conditioning Coach. The College is a member of the NCAA and supports 22 Division I athletic programs which compete in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference. The Strength and Conditioning Coach will design strength and conditioning programs for varsity sports teams, monitor student athlete performance, work with head coaches in setting performance goals and provide nutritional information. In addition, the coach will monitor weight room fitness equipment and supervise Assistant Strength and Conditioning coaches.
Annual Salary Range: $58,500.00-$59,500.00

Requirements: A Bachelor's degree, experience in strength and conditioning and shall be certified through a nationally accredited strength and conditioning certification program is required. Candidates must possess a valid NYS driver's license and insurability at the time of appointment and must maintain such license and insurability throughout the tenure of employment.
A background screening will be required.
