Job Description
The Senior Analyst – HRIS & People Analytics will be a critical member of our HRIS team and serve as a technical point-of-contact and assist with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, and analytics of data and trends. This position works full time onsite at our Wynn Las Vegas offices.
Job Responsibilities:
- Creates reports within HR Systems as necessary by understanding business needs internal/external to HR
- Analyzes data, identifies trends, and provide actionable recommendations for the business
- Ensures meaningful and actionable report output
- Schedules delivery of reports to gain efficiencies
- Develops dashboards and other visual data management tools to easily communicate data and trends
- Create complex formulas and functions to automate data analysis and calculations
- Conduct quality audits to ensure data integrity and ease of reporting
- Conducts or assists with record audits and mandatory reports
- Research and respond to employee inquiries for all HRIS functions; Troubleshoots user issues and escalates as appropriate
- Provide user support and training on HR processes and system functionality, updating all user guides, FAQ’s and online help documentation for all enhancements
- Maintain PeopleSoft security access including granting and removing access
- Other job duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous experience in data analytics
- Advanced Excel skills including formulas and functions
- Previous experience with HCMS software
- Previous experience in Hospitality, Casino, or related fields preferred
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in, Business, Finance, Mathematics, Data Science, or related fields preferred
- Previous experience in query report writing and ability to read and write in SQL preferred
- Previous experience building data visualizations and/or certification in data visualization preferred
- Ability to run, edit, and create macros preferred
- Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office programs
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times
- Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
