Spa Manager who lives and breathes sales , builds high-performing teams, and drives results. As a local owner-operated location backed by a nationally recognized brand, we combine

Your Core Responsibilities may include but not limited to:
- Drive Spa Revenue through effective membership, gift card, and service sales
- Lead and coach Sales Associates and Service Providers to meet and exceed monthly goals
- Proactively manage the appointment book to maximize productivity and minimize downtime
- Handle day-to-day operations : staffing, scheduling, inventory, and customer service resolution
- Track, analyze, and report key sales and performance metrics
- Recruit, train, and retain top-performing team members
- Manage social media presence and execute local marketing/outreach initiatives
- Deliver exceptional experiences that build long-term client relationships
Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years in sales or sales management
- 3+ years in team leadership or management
- Proven ability to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- High energy with strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Experience with Zenoti POS (preferred but not required)
