Job Purpose: The Ship Broker plays a key role in managing the full cycle of chartering activities. This includes identifying business opportunities, negotiating charter party terms, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful execution of contracts. The role requires a strong commercial mindset, effective communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced trading environment. Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective processes for managing chartering activities Lead and support chartering negotiations for VLCC and Suezmax vessels Work closely with traders to provide timely market intelligence, freight indications, and voyage estimations Negotiate key terms and conditions of charter party agreements on behalf of ship owners or charterers Liaise with cargo owners, ship owners, and other brokers to ensure smooth coordination of fixtures Provide accurate and up-to-date shipping information to trading teams to support commercial decisions Respond promptly to chartering inquiries and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment on operational and commercial objectives Remain composed under pressure and manage multiple negotiations simultaneously Demonstrate a proactive and self-driven approach while contributing to a team-oriented environment Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken #J-18808-Ljbffr CONTINENTAL FOOD & LEISURE HOLDINGS
