The Senior Director, Talent Acquisition - Client Delivery is responsible for developing and executing innovative, proactive talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top-tier professionals for WelbeHealth. This role collaborates closely with senior leaders and executives to understand workforce and talent needs and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals. They will lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals, providing guidance, development and support. Through a strategic approach, they will position WelbeHealth as an employer of choice through stakeholder experience and delivery, partnering closely with TA leaders to achieve business outcomes. **Essential Job Duties:** + Lead and mentor the TA team, at various levels, providing coaching, development, and performance management with the goal of exceptional customer experience. + Serve as a trusted advisor to executive and senior leadership specific to TA strategy, workforce coverage, delivery and outcomes. Develop and foster strong client relationship, serving as a trusted advisor and expert in recruitment best practices and outcomes. + Partner and engage with peer leadership in TA and the People Team for strategic workforce solutions, strategy and delivery with continuous improvement and elevation of services. + Ensure strategy alignment with the People Department and WelbeHealth's business goals and long-term growth strategy, driving results and scalability. Partner with leaders to improve team effectiveness, performance, and engagement. + Obtain and analyze client feedback to improve service and address potential concerns proactively, working collaboratively with TA leaders and team members to ensure continuous improvement and client needs are communicated and met effectively. Handle client escalations and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction, documenting and following up through issue resolution, leveraging TA functions and programs as needed. + Develop and implement data-driven approaches to measure impact, track KPIs/outcomes, and continued improvement of TA services and team performance. + Lead workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and organizational design with assigned business areas. Lead change management and communication efforts tied to organizational transformation. **Job Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree in or commitment to obtain a bachelor's degree within three years is required or equivalent experience. + Master's degree preferred. + Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred. + Minimum of six years of progressive leadership experience in Talent Acquisition. + Talent Acquisition experience within healthcare, hiring interdisciplinary teams to include complex, clinical care roles. + At least three years in a senior HR or People leadership role, with direct accountability for enterprise-level programs and initiatives. + At least three years of supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members. + Demonstrated ability to lead new initiatives with successful change management. **Benefits of Working at WelbeHealth:** + Medical insurance coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision) starting day one of employment + Work/life balance - we mean it! 17 days of personal time off (PTO), 12 holidays observed annually, sick time + Advancement opportunities - We've got a track record of hiring and promoting from within, meaning you can create your own path! + And additional benefits Salary/Wage base range for this role is $168,895 - $232,231 / year + Bonus + Equity.
