Job Description

This position offers an opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support an elementary school in Madison, NJ for the upcoming school year. The role involves collaborating with educators and support staff to assess, plan, and implement behavioral interventions that enhance student success and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide direct consultation and support to teachers and staff for effective behavior management strategies
• Monitor and track student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including special educators and therapists
• Train and coach school personnel and parents on behavior analysis principles and techniques

Qualifications:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
• Experience working in educational settings, preferably elementary schools
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail and professionalism
• Commitment to promoting positive behavioral outcomes for students
