About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our team on a contract, part-time basis. You'll play a key role in facilitating a seamless hiring experience across teams, ensuring interviews are scheduled efficiently and candidates are treated with care and professionalism.

This role is based in San Francisco with a hybrid schedule - team members are expected to work 1 day/week from the office.
What You'll Do

• Coordinate interviews (phone, virtual, and onsite) across multiple time zones and teams
• Manage calendars, room bookings, and communications for candidate and interviewer logistics
• Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)
• Provide timely and professional communication to candidates and hiring managers
• Support onsite candidate experience (greeting, setup, materials)
• Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers and interviewers to keep processes running smoothly
• Contribute to recruiting-related projects and help identify areas for process improvement

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years in a recruiting coordination, administrative, or HR support role
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
• Experience using ATS platforms (preferably Greenhouse)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Based in the San Francisco Bay Area and available for hybrid in-office work 3x/week
• Web3 experience is a plus

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting hybrid or in-person interview logistics
• Prior exposure to technical or startup recruiting teams
• Familiarity with recruiting and scheduling tools
