We are looking for an energetic and organized Real Estate Listing Coordinator to support our day-to-day operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys handling a variety of tasks, problem-solving, and communicates well with others.

Key Responsibilities for the role include:

• Perform accurate and timely data entry, utilizing the Company's CRM
• Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
• Respond to emails with clarity
• Manage and organize documents and files
• Assist with general office duties (as needed)
• Showing investment properties to investors (as needed)
