What You Will Be Doing Facilitating dynamic, results‑oriented reading workshops targeting core literacy foundations: phonics development, comprehension strategies, and fluency enhancement Creating customized, engaging learning experiences utilizing gamification principles to celebrate reading milestones and boost student motivation Conducting regular data analysis to track student progress, make informed instructional adjustments, and identify meaningful patterns Partnering with our technology team to test, evaluate, and refine AI literacy platforms based on real classroom implementation Creating scalable, technology‑enhanced curriculum materials that empower early elementary students to reach or exceed grade‑level reading proficiency Basic Requirements Reading Specialist Key Responsibilities Bachelor's degree plus specialized certification in structured literacy instruction (Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson Reading System, or comparable methodology) Minimum 2 years' demonstrated experience providing targeted reading interventions to K-3 students in small‑group settings Demonstrated ability to assess reading abilities, create strategic student groupings, and develop customized instruction without relying on pre‑packaged curriculum Experience utilizing AI/adaptive learning platforms and ability to respond effectively to student engagement patterns Authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship Commitment to on‑site work at one of our campus locations: Tampa (FL), Austin (TX), Plano (TX), or Dorado (Puerto Rico) About Alpha Want to join a learning rebellion that’s transforming the traditional classroom?
