Job Description

Our client is a growing vertically integrated owner operator of retail real estate assets, primarily in California. They are looking for a Property Manager to over see multiple assets.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of 2-3 assets, ensuring business plan is executed.
• Oversee Assistant Property Manager and work with tenants, vendors, contractors, and brokers. Work closely with Regional Manager on executing business plan.
• Collaborate with leasing brokers and assist with leasing efforts.
• Maintain strong tenant relationships and handle lease renewals, amendments, and terminations.
• Prepare and manage reporting and property budgets to meet performance targets.
• Oversee financial duties, including drafting and managing property budgets, reforesting, compiling variance reports.
• Report to the head of PM.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in commercial property management (retail a plus).Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Yardi experience required.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• CA Real Estate license preferred.
• Industry certifications preferred.
• 5 days in office in Chino (HQ).

Pay: $80,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year
