We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex supply chain initiatives within the pharmaceutical and MedTech space. This role involves managing multiple workstreams, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and in compliance with industry standards. You will serve as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, driving collaboration across manufacturing, R&D, commercial operations, and vendor management. The position offers the opportunity to influence key supply chain processes, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment of project objectives with broader business goals. Accountabilities:

· Coordinate and oversee activities across multiple supply chain workstreams, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and deliverables.

· Act as the main point of contact between internal teams and external partners, fostering collaboration and communication.

· Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.

· Facilitate regular project meetings, progress reports, and updates to leadership.

· Collaborate with supply chain, manufacturing, R&D, commercial, and vendor management teams to align objectives.

· Ensure project goals comply with industry regulations and align with business objectives.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus.

· 12–15 years of project management experience, preferably in pharmaceutical, biotech, or MedTech industries.

· Strong experience managing multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.

· Prior experience with supply chain operations is highly preferred.

· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

· PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

· Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent .

· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.
