We are seeking a motivated and organized Part-Time Project Manager to join our team and help drive projects forward in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Position Overview : We are looking for a Part-Time Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects within The Arnold Group. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This is a flexible, part-time position, offering an opportunity to work in a supportive and goal-oriented team environment. Key Responsibilities : Plan, execute, and close projects according to deadlines and within budget. Develop detailed project plans, define project scopes, goals, and deliverables. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and expectations are met. Track project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues as they arise. Maintain clear communication and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status. Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and archived for future reference. Facilitate project meetings and maintain detailed meeting notes. Monitor and adjust project resources as necessary to ensure successful delivery. Qualifications : Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a similar industry. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or MS Project). Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle uncertainty. Experience managing both short-term and long-term projects. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. PMP or similar Project Management certification is a plus (not required). Schedule : This is a part-time role, with flexible hours (approx. 20 hours per week).
