Job Title: Program/Project Coordinator-Digital Health Location: Remote East Coast hours Duration: 6+ Months Job Description: We are looking for a Program/Project Coordinator with a proven track record of coordinating schedules, setting timelines, holding people accountable, and communicating effectively to internal clients. Your support and guidance will help advance the completion of complex healthcare software solutions created in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities: - Be the point-of-contact for client leadership and technical teams to help define requirements and identify solutions consistent with defined terms, methodology, policy, and regulations.
- Monitor Jira/Confluence on an ongoing basis.
- Capture meeting minutes and actions items. Distribute action items as required and manage to completion.
- Provide personnel with timely, constructive, and actionable feedback that increases individual and team effectiveness.
- Be a scheduling wizard
- Support process flow between teams
- Ensure resources are appropriately allocated across various teams and divisions
- Analyze pain points and provide recommendations to Executive leadership
- Contribute to the development and improvement of healthcare processes and workflows.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project files.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in digital health project management.

Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Atlassian suite knowledge (Jira and Confluence)
- Strong understanding of regulations, and industry dynamics.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive and collaborative approach.
- Strong analytical skills to assess project metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
