Program Manager – Residential ID/DD Services
We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead residential programs serving individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (ID/DD). In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage service documentation in Therap and WaMS. You’ll also be responsible for coordinating care in line with person-centered Individual Support Plans (ISPs), handling quarterly and Part V reports, and serving as the main point of contact for families and external partners.
Key responsibilities include:
Supervising staff and program operations
Managing ISPs, behavior plans, and all required documentation
Ensuring services meet licensing, health, and safety standards
Overseeing Prior Authorizations and Medicaid compliance
Participating in audits, training, and on-call support
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human services and QIDP eligibility
At least 8 years in ID/DD services, with 3+ in residential management
Proficient in Therap, WaMS, and Medicaid Waiver requirements
Strong leadership and communication skills
Valid VA driver’s license and reliable transportation
