Product & Category Marketing Manager

Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid 4 days in office)

Reports to: President, North America

Employment Type: Full-Time

Lderach North America is seeking a commercially focused Product & Category Marketing Manager to support our continued growth in the U.S. and Canada. This role is responsible for optimizing product performance, collaborating closely with our Swiss team on assortment and pricing, and contributing to both in-store and online sales velocity. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in premium FMCG or luxury food and thrives at the intersection of analytics, product strategy, and retail execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Category Performance Analysis: You will track and analyze product sales (retail and eCommerce) to uncover growth opportunities and performance gaps.
  • Assortment Strategy: You will identify product range gaps and make recommendations for additions, discontinuations, or SKU optimizations.
  • Pricing Architecture: You will collaborate with the Swiss Product and Pricing teams to shape a competitive and margin-positive pricing structure.
  • Product Development Support: You will provide market insights and commercial input to global teams for seasonal planning and innovation.
  • Market-Driven Opportunity Sensing: You will identify product trends and market signals to propose new product ideas, line extensions, or high-potential innovations that align with consumer demand and drive incremental business growth
  • eCommerce Support: You will partner with the eCom team on online product presentation, content optimization, and promotional strategy.
  • Packaging & Visual Input: You will contribute to packaging design and in-store presentation (Visual Merchandising) to ensure premium appeal and brand alignment.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: You will coordinate with Sales, Visual Merchandising, Store Ops, and Ecom to ensure product initiatives are executed effectively.
  • Swiss Collaboration: You will serve as a key contact with Swiss HQ on category performance, assortment decisions, and market-specific adaptations.

Qualifications

  • You have a bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or related field
  • You have at least 5 years experience in product/category marketing or brand role
  • You have experience with data-driven marketing or merchandising tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
  • You have exposure to both brick-and-mortar and eCommerce environments
  • You are able to travel 1520% for store visits, events, and global meetings
