We are looking for an Associate to work alongside the founding partner of a New York-based technology investment firm.
Our client is growing its office in Charleston and offering a career track for an Associate to work as part of a lean and high-quality team of investors. They have a successful track record of top-tier returns and have doubled the capital raised with each fund closed.
We seek a polished, technically strong, entrepreneurial, humble, and collaborative individual to join the team.

Applicants must have:
- A minimum of 1.5 years of pre-MBA investment banking analyst experience from a top investment bank (bulge or boutique)
- Tangible transaction experience: hands-on with the financial modeling for executed M&A transactions
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- High level of initiative and ability to think creatively and critically
- A deep interest in technology investments and a solid understanding of the industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies impacting the sector.
