The Photographer/Videographer will be a key member of the Design team within LL Flooring’s Marketing Organization. The Videographer/Photographer will shoot, edit, convert, and upload content to appropriate websites. This role will be a part of a team that creates compelling video content that promotes the LL Flooring brand and product offerings. The Photographer/ Videographer will also assist with writing titles, descriptions, closed captioning, and tags for photos and videos.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, and set up all photography, video, audio, and lighting equipment.
• Capture product sample photos for our website.
• Research industry trends, suggest new content ideas, and maintain photography and videography standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments on projects and assignments.
• Establish and uphold photography and videography standards.
• Shoot photographic and videographic content to create a library of assets to be used in all marketing channels including social media, prints, web, and TV.
• Pack, and transport all equipment to various locations.
• Take still photographs for both internal and external events.
• Manage media by importing and backing up all media files.
• Organize and maintain our extensive photo and video library.
• Perform photo retouching and color correcting.
• Edit video content and operate teleprompter.
• Collaborate with Directors through the postproduction process.
• Export, compress, and upload videos and photos to unlisted and public Internet sites
• Record internal meetings and conferences through video and audio.
• Uploading commercial content for broadcast.
• Coordinate photoshoots with 3rd party studios and manage their related invoices.
• Provide mood/inspiration boards for 3rd party photoshoots.

Skills, Qualifications, Education, and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in digital Cinematography and Film, or a related field is preferred.
• Must be proficient in using specialized software such as - Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Premiere, and Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
• Experience with filming, directing, and editing videos.
• Proficient with a MAC-based computer, and DLSR, video, audio, and lighting equipment.
• Ability to work in a creative, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently on projects and collaborate as a strong team member.
• Ability to travel for on-location shoots.
