Overview Join to apply for the Peripheral Field Sales Associate-Remote role at W. L. Gore & Associates. We are looking for a Field Sales Associate to join our Peripheral Leadership Sales team. In this role, you will sell and promote existing and new interventional products in all FDA approved areas and applications. We are a leading manufacturer of peripheral interventional, peripheral vascular, endovascular and structural heart products. This role will cover the territory of Fort Myers, Florida which includes Naples and Cape Coral, Florida and surrounding areas. The candidate must reside in Fort Myers, Florida or surrounding areas. This is a remote position, and you can work from home in most locations in Fort Myers, Florida or surrounding areas. Responsibilities Establish and maintain professional relationships Sell new technologies Analyze customer needs Work effectively and cooperatively as part of a team of sales associates within your region Comply with internal and external practices and procedures Provide superior customer service Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years experience selling and/or clinical support of medical devices Prior experience developing relationships and supporting clinicians and doctors within vascular, endovascular, interventional cardiology, and interventional radiology disciplines Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to be a team player Demonstrated technical selling skills, with ability to quickly learn new products and markets Strong clinical and technical skills with understanding of interventional procedures and terminology Demonstrated effective organizational management and planning skills Current, valid driver's license Ability to meet vendor credentialing and hospital access requirements for healthcare professionals, including immunization proof if required Ability to travel overnight up to 20% and must reside in Fort Myers, Florida surrounding areas Desired Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Interventional cardiac, endovascular, interventional radiology and/or surgical vascular sales experience Prior experience selling wire and catheter-based products Additional Information This role requires ongoing access to U.S. hospitals and compliance with facility-specific access policies, drug screening, background checks, immunization and training as applicable. Eligibility to work in the United States is required; Gore does not typically sponsor visas unless noted in the position description. The Associate must comply with Gore's work arrangement policies for remote work, and note that remote work restrictions exist for Alaska, Hawaii, and Rhode Island.
