• Participate in payroll-related meetings and provide valuable insights for process improvements.
• Resolve employee payroll concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
• Train both new and existing staff on payroll procedures and systems.
• Research payroll information within and ensure compliance with payroll laws.
• Recommend updates to payroll processes to align with current regulations and best practices.
• Minimum of 3 years of payroll processing experience.
• Proficiency in payroll systems.
• Strong knowledge of payroll taxes and special payroll deductions.
• Experience with reconciling payroll data and resolving discrepancies.
• Ability to handle escalated payroll issues with professionalism.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of payroll laws and compliance standards.
