POSITION / TITLE:

POSITION SUMMARY:

The ideal candidate will be well versed in partnerships/business development or selling enterprise software into the Enterprise market or large Service Provider markets. The Partner Account Director is responsible for developing a designated territory and concentrating on building and fostering ISV/Hyperscalers partnership with GCP during the entire technology adoption journey with Kore.ai. The individual must be passionate about technology and technology trends particularly in relation to Conversational AI platform development and the automation of customer & employee engagement as they evangelize within their partner’s organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets from sell-through and sell-with sales motions.
  • Accurate forecasting and territory planning.
  • Transform your partner's business while generating new revenue streams for them with Conversational AI and ML technology.
  • Achieve new revenue for Kore.ai in both new and existing ISVs who showcase our capabilities in various markets, apps, industries, and use cases.
  • Structure creative pricing and financial models to maximize revenue whole driving long term partner success.
  • Diligently manage opportunities with Kore.ai sales teams and be the go-to expert for our Partners' business and solutions in your territory.
  • Work cross-functionally across Partner Marketing, Partner Enablement, Product Management, and Sales teams of both Kore.ai and your partners.
  • Manage and report business through accurate forecasting, stakeholder updates, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Account mapping and deal coordination for collaborative field sales from marketplace app listings .
  • Designing, executing, and closing on technical and GTM joint value partnership campaigns .
  • Advocating for and spearheading demand generation and awareness marketing for and with your partners to reach territory goals .

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Minimum 5+ years of combined experience in major account or strategic sales, managing or leading quantitative, highly analytical products or solutions for their customers required.
  • Strong familiarity of technology platforms, AI and ML technology, contact center, and B2B cloud marketplace go-to-market required .
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience within GCP Hyperscalers ecosystem expertise required .
  • Previous professional experience within companies with AI process-based technology (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Appian, Pega) required.
  • Cross-functional professional comfortable with change and navigating ambiguity.
  • Accountable with a sense of urgency and capable of leading teams by influence.
  • Proven track record of consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals .
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong bias to action and excellent time management and prioritization skills .
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting technical and business value to C-level executives .
  • Proven consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise return on investment value statement .
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment .
  • Comfortable working with business and highly technical leaders, while influencing their understanding and building supportive partnerships.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing business forecasts and financial models.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with appetite to define process and build programs.
  • Account planning and execution, strong time & priority management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and assist in business case development with partners.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.
  • Must currently reside in Seattle, WA or San Francisco, CA to be considered.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience. MBA preferred

Depending on specific professional experience and geographical location of individuals, the salary for this position ranges from $170,000 - $190,000. Additional wage/bonus/commission and benefit details will be shared during the formal interview process for this full-time employment opportunity.
