As a Top Broker, affords a NY-based-Commercial Lines Producer, the opportunity to create his/her own entrepreneurial journey, unprecedented industry expertise and outside-the-box deliverables to meet the challenging needs of clientele. As a risk management advisor, you will thrive knowing our national resources.

A qualified Candidate would have a:

• Track record of transitioning prospects into clients. Ability to generate new revenue by utilizing relationships with existing clientele
• Persistency with a focus on driving revenue through sales
• Methodical sales approach. Prepare and implement an individual business plan and production budget
• A well-defined peer network to generate leads for your area of specialty
• Engage centers of influence for their identifiable prospects
• Persistence to secure in-person appointments and prospect new opportunities
• Organizationally maintain call and contact history of all prospects to ensure accountability
• Understanding of technology to help the sales process, including Salesforce.com, Google, and other research platforms
• Self-starter dedicated to research tools to conduct prospect research and establish professional contact networks
• Provide diligence & direction in account transfer as the POC for BORs

Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years of successful, Commercial Lines focused sales experience
• Active NY State Brokers License
• Meet all activity and productivity goals, including weekly quotas
• Bringing prospects to close while maximizing retention with superior customer service
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple competing priorities & demands
• Sales aptitude, solid business acumen with strategic reasoning & results-oriented
• Proficient knowledge of insurance databases and company sanctioned sales tools
• Strong understanding of the insurance marketplace, with positive relationships with the underwriting community
