We are seeking an experienced producer that is looking for an opportunity to earn more and expand their business. Producers will have access to on-staff underwriting, Compliance Consultation, a Compliance Attorney, Communications/Graphics, Risk & Actuarial services, New Business call center as well as a wide range of financial and other consulting services.

We are a full-service team, with one point of contact for the client. This is unique because most organizations of this size traditionally have an interest in institutionalizing your book; we support individuality and paying continuous renewal commissions. We will continue to build and offer extensive resources.

Job Requirements:

• Licensed in Property & Casualty
• Demonstrated history of substantial success selling direct - commercial P&C in the state of California
• Minimum experience of 5 Years with a substantial book of business
• Must be an experienced Producer in middle - large market sized accounts
• Be capable and willing to ask for referral opportunities from existing clients
• Provide proactive risk management advice to clients and prospects
• Work with our marketing and service staff to establish and maintain excellent client relationships
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit
• Represent the firm in the regional business community
