JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Legal Office Coordinator at Romano Law PLLC, you will play a pivotal role in managing administrative tasks, supporting legal staff, maintaining legal documents, and facilitating smooth operations within the office environment. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.

  • A systematic pace with an emphasis on getting the job done right.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WOULD:

  • Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to execute daily operations and administrative tasks within the office.
  • Provide support in organizing meetings, events, and other special projects as needed.
  • Offer administrative support to team members as needed, including data entry, filing, and document organization.
  • Assist legal staff with research, drafting documents, and preparing case files.
  • Act as a liaison between all staff, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline office processes and implement efficient solutions.
  • Handle light personal tasks for the Managing Partners on an ad hoc basis.
  • Report to the Operations Manager, providing regular updates and insights.
