DescriptionWe are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team in Longview, TX . This is a great opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in an outpatient primary care setting while working alongside a collaborative team of physicians and advanced practice providers.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide full-spectrum family medicine services, including wellness visits, preventive screenings, chronic disease management, and acute care
Conduct patient assessments, perform exams, and order/interpret diagnostic tests
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans in coordination with supervising physicians
Educate patients and families on preventive health, disease management, and lifestyle modifications
Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system
Current Texas license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)
Minimum of 1 year of family medicine or primary care experience preferred
Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (no weekends or evenings)
