New Car Biller – Fred Haas Toyota World

Fred Haas Toyota World is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced New Car Biller to join our team. This position is responsible for accurately processing new vehicle sales transactions in a timely manner, ensuring all documentation is completed and compliant with internal policies and state regulations.

Job Responsibilities

• Process all new vehicle billing for the dealership accurately and efficiently
• Review sales paperwork for completeness and accuracy before submission
• Submit vehicle registrations and title applications to appropriate agencies
• Post vehicle sales and related accounting entries in the dealership management system
• Reconcile schedules and resolve any discrepancies related to vehicle sales
• Maintain current knowledge of state and DMV titling requirements
• Communicate with sales, finance, and inventory departments to ensure all deal information is properly documented
• Maintain organized filing systems for all billing-related documentation

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive dealership operations and billing procedures. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Education and/or Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Prior experience in automotive billing or dealership administration preferred
• Familiarity with dealership management systems (e.g., Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK) is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
