Job Overview: We are looking for motivated and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our team! You will be working in a busy warehouse environment, handling the loading and unloading of shoe boxes (up to 35 lbs) from trucks. The role requires sorting shoes by size and ensuring quality and accuracy in the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely unload and load shoe boxes from trucks (no more than 35 lbs per box).
• Sort boxes by size, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals and deadlines.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, and move boxes up to 35 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable and punctual with excellent attendance.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team setting.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift (2:00 PM - 12:30 AM, Monday - Thursday).
