Purpose

• Develop and execute a strategic marketing and communications plan that enhances Center Court's brand visibility and supports membership growth.

• Manage all marketing channels including website, email communication, print collateral, advertising, and event communication.

• Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials: flyers, brochures, signage, web content, and member communications.

• Collaborate across departments to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives and strengthen the member experience.

Product Responsibility

• Maintain a consistent, premium brand identity across all communication touchpoints.

• Ensure all messaging and visuals comply with Center Court's brand book and design standards.

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and member preferences to keep Center Court positioned as the leader in premium pickleball.

• Conduct market research to identify programming, promotional, and partnership opportunities.

• Use insights to guide marketing strategy and refine offerings.

Process Responsibility

• Lead clear, member-focused communication practices across all channels.

• Manage and update the Center Court website for accuracy, branding consistency, and timely content.

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar covering events, campaigns, communication schedules, and promotions.

• Adhere to the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and track ROI for major initiatives.

• Implement streamlined workflows for flyer creation, communication distribution, and vendor coordination.

Performance Responsibility

• Track and report on marketing metrics including event engagement, communication performance, website analytics, and promotional outcomes.

• Evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Use data insights to strengthen future marketing strategies and operational decision-making.

People & Partnership Responsibility

• Collaborate closely with Club General Managers and the Support Center to ensure aligned messaging and timely communication.

• Build strong relationships with partners, vendors, and community organizations to enhance co-marketing opportunities.

• Provide direction to marketing support staff, contractors, or designers as needed.

• Foster a culture of creativity, accuracy, and accountability within the marketing function.

Requirements

IDEAL ATTRIBUTES
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or communications, preferably in sports, fitness, hospitality, or lifestyle industries.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and scaling successful marketing teams.
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing strategies, content creation, and SEO best practices.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for storytelling and brand voice.
  • Proficient in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and email platforms.
  • A passion for community building and a genuine interest in pickleball, health, and wellness.
  • Flexible, collaborative, and eager to innovate in a fast-paced, growing organization.

Salary Description


$55,000-$65,000 + bonus
