Job Title: Marketing/Events Coordinator Employment Type: Contract
Work Hours: 40+hrs./week Work site: 100% Onsite

: $34.62/hr Job Description: This role involves managing the events calendar, preparing e-blasts, webinars, and coordinating with the sales team and external event organizers. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support the development of slide decks, collateral, and program updates.
- Coordinate outreach team's events calendar including acting as a liaison with event organizers and preparing materials. Research and purpose additional events the teams to attend.
- Organize internal meetings including speaker/deck coordination, facility/IT coordination, day-of logistics/food.
- Manage collateral and giveaway inventory. Preparing requisitions to purchase additional giveaways and event materials as needed.
- Additional ad hoc marketing/outreach related activities.
- Abiding by site rules and regulations, including all company safety rules/regulations.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; must be 18 years of age or older.
Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 1-3 years sales or other customer-facing experience preferred, or other applicable work experience.
- Excellent communication through oral and written form
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, especially word and powerpoint. Excel is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work effectively both as an individual and a member of a team.
- Must be able to work independently and multi-task.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift as appropriate to perform duties.
Working Conditions:
- Work onsite at assigned locations or events.
- Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
