Film Production company based in Farmingdale, NY is seeking a creative and driven Marketing Associate to support the growth of a dynamic, fast-paced company operating at the intersection of media production and automotive services. In this role, you’ll manage the full lifecycle of digital and social media marketing — from content creation and community engagement to analytics tracking and campaign support. Your work will directly contribute to brand visibility within the film, production, and automotive enthusiast spaces, while also supporting broader business development initiatives.

This opportunity is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is passionate about storytelling, social media, and brand building, and is eager to grow in a collaborative, high-energy environment.

The position is paying up to $45K and the company would like to hire ASAP.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Manage day-to-day social media activities: content creation, scheduling, posting, monitoring, and community engagement.
• Stay on top of industry trends and ensure content remains relevant and timely.
• Maintain a posting calendar aligned with vehicle availability, project timelines, and marketing strategy.
• Develop content that resonates with both car enthusiasts and industry professionals (e.g., directors, producers, art directors).
• Track engagement metrics, analyze performance, and recommend adjustments to improve future results.
• Cultivate a loyal digital community and grow follower engagement through authentic interactions.
• Build relationships with online influencers and professionals to enhance visibility and credibility within key industries.

Business Development & Marketing Administration

• Promote completed projects and highlight company capabilities through digital channels.
• Conduct research to identify prospective clients and expand outreach efforts.
• Maintain website content to ensure up-to-date branding and information.
• Assist with the creation of decks, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Occasionally attend production-related events to capture marketing content and support brand exposure.
• Provide administrative support, including reviewing contracts and NDAs, managing vehicle owner agreements, and assisting with onboarding and background checks for an affiliated organization.

Collaboration & Strategy

• Partner with executive leadership and the marketing team to align on brand and growth strategies.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute to campaign planning.
• Work cross-functionally with operations and production teams to ensure streamlined marketing execution.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or related fields (internships accepted)
• Strong understanding of digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) and content trends
• Creative mindset with a good eye for design and storytelling (experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to tailor messaging for different audiences
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Passion for automotive culture, media/film production, or creative industries is a strong plus
