We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our growing team. The Marketing Associate will support the development, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, analytical, and eager to contribute to creative projects while strengthening their professional skills.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer insights.
Support the creation of marketing content including presentations, promotional materials, and reports.
Track and analyze campaign performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency of messaging and branding.
Maintain databases, organize project documentation, and ensure deadlines are met.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of marketing software and analytics tools is a plus.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
