Job Description
ClearCreek Siding is a growing Springfield company that manufactures a Specialty Siding in Springfield, Missouri. We are looking for a dependable Senior Lead to work Full-Time, Monday through Thursday , with some volunteer overtime. Pay is weekly.
We are seeking employees who are able to work in a factory environment. Pay will be based on abilities and dependability.
Our company prides itself on providing a flexible work schedule in terms of special time off.
Manufacturing Experience is needed.
Employees will Lead a team of 4 to 7 people at one or more of our 4 primary workstations.
The position reports to the Plant Supervisor.
Employee must be able to work well with others, have good attendance and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Work environment:
All employees are required to wear steel toe shoes. Certain positions will require additional personal protective equipment in designated areas and this equipment will be provided. Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 20 pounds is required.
Compensation:
Pay is $ 18.50 to $ 26.00 per hour. Manufacturing Experience is required.
