The Maintenance Mechanic role is a challenging opportunity for an individual interested in providing skilled general maintenance duties to include maintenance for machines, building and property.

Your Key Responsibilities

\n
• Limited electrical troubleshooting, repair and installation of motor controls, fuses and circuit breakers, etc.
\n
• Trouble shoot, repair and install complex machinery using air, hydraulics, motors, bearings, etc.
\n
• Fabricate production equipment, fixtures, support frames, benches, shelving, etc. Welding and fabrication skills preferred.
\n
• Schedule and perform detailed preventative maintenance on a variety of equipment including SMT placement machines, wave solders, selective solder systems, etc., Follow manufacture recommended procedures to successfully keep our equipment in world class condition.
\n
• Limited Repair and installation of pipes and plumbing that carry gas, water, vacuum, air or misc. hydraulic oils.
\n
• Limited repair and installation of electrical wiring in facility for low voltage (includes computer & phone lines)
\n
• Repair, and improve facility buildings grounds and equipment.
\n
• Refurbish production equipment, detailed cleaning, painting, replace worn parts, calibrate to make machines in a "like new condition"

Required Qualifications:

\n
• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
\n
• Two-year industrial maintenance degree or Technical Certificate or 3-5 years of experience.
\n

Desired qualifications:

\n
• High voltage electrical knowledge
\n
• Forklift or scissor lift experience
\n
• Leadership training
\n
