Live Chat Support Agent - MUST have Customer Support Experience Santa Rosa Beach, FL (In-Office position, NOT Remote- Only local candidates will be considered) OMNICOMMANDER, Inc. is one of the fastest-growing startups in the financial technology space. Job Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns

  • Evaluate customer interactions and issues to Live Chat Manager when appropriate

  • Create relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs

  • Respond with empathy to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately

  • Promote interest in client products and services

  • Consistently achieve established standards of the position

  • May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed

What you need for this role

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years in either a call center or customer service environment

  • Experience in the financial services a plus

  • Typing and multitasking skills

Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance

  • Self-starter who can work cooperatively with others

  • Strong work ethic with ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor

  • Articulate and well accustomed to a client-facing role

  • Ability to compose professional emails
